Church conversion contemporary garden
The Brief and my Design
The clients had purchased their home in a converted church. The garden wrapped around two sides of the church and had been laid by the developers of the conversion. The problem was that the existing space had not been used particularly well and the finish on certain areas needed addressing.
Although the bare bones of the garden were there, I had to improve the existing layout in order that it flowed more effectively between each space.
I
I designed two new seating areas and also made the woodland area more accessible with a path up to it and planted it with an array of woodland plants and bulbs.
